For our 40 th anniversary we have some special activities for the kids.
On Sunday August 11 th ,from 12:00 – 1:15 p.m. there will be a Kidz Fete.
Usually, we have a huge fete on Saturday night, but because it is late at night the kids will most likely miss it.
This mini concert and show will feature performances by Carib Flaymz, Diversity Performing Arts Club of Calgary, and a live band JAXX & LVL Exodus (Toronto).
The first 50 kids to join the fete will get a Cariwest souvenir. Meet at the main stage.
CARIWEST KIDZ ZONE
1:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Head over to the fountains to the Cariwest Kidz Zone, there will be crafts, face painting, hairbraiding, bouncy castle, balloon artist, and the ever-popular Cariwest Candy shop.
We will also have some CARIWEST CULTURE CLASSES where kids can get a hands on experience and learn how to play the Steelpan, learn how to stilt walk, drum and dance, and hear Anansi stories.
