MOKO JUMBIE WORKSHOP

(Stilt Walking)

During this this 5 week program , Emmz will take students through various movements, techniques. Students will learn and perform a choreographed piece at Cariwest Caribbean Arts Festival on August 7th, 2022 at Churchill Square.

​

Location: Classes will be located at The Orange Hub

Time 7:00 pm - 8:30pm

Classes will be held twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from July 5th - August 4th.

  • Ages 10 & up

  • Beginner friendly

  • All materials will be provided by Western Carnival Development Association

  • Participants must be available for the final performance on August 7th,2022

  • Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program

STEEL PAN WORKSHOP

During this this 5 week program , Danielle will take students on a musical journey! Students will have the opportunity to learn a song and perform it at Cariwest Caribbean Arts Festival on August 7th, 2022 at Churchill Square.

Location: Classes will be located at The Orange Hub at the Trincan Steel Orchestra Pan Yard

Time 7:00 pm - 8:30pm

Classes will be held on Wednesdays from July 6th - August 3rd.

  • Ages 10 & up

  • Beginner friendly

  • Participants must be available for the final performance on August 7th,2022

  • Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program
